The 2013-2017 mid-term regional development plan (RPJMD) must be able to project the need of Jakarta civil servants (PNS) in the future.

"So it must really be calculated to anticipate the shortage of civil servants," he said.
He also wants the RPJMD compiled to also project the revenue target of several sectors over the next five years.
"Thus we know and have a target of the next five years, how much our APBD, how much its increase. It should start we count," he uttered.
